Ingredients

  • 1 pound of corn
  • 1/2 pound of coffee beans
  • Cinnamon to taste.

Preparation

  1. You should boil corn for about 30 minutes, then wash and drain. When the corn is dry it is to bake on a griddle. It is made with coffee, with the difference that this is toasted until the beans are black.
  2. Then stirred the coffee and corn and is left on the griddle for about five minutes.
  3. It is then ground together with cinnamon and is deposited in a plastic container or glass to save it.
