All Salvadorans know that pupusas are our typical food par excellence, and many times a week we eat this delicious typical national dish of El Salvador, it is quite common to find pupuserias anywhere in our country, but and if you decide to prepare them?
We present you this recipe for pork with cheese pupusas, we hope and are encouraged to make them yourself; the first few times requires a bit of effort to learn the technique.
Ingredients
- 4 rates of masa
- 1 1/2 lb of pork
- 1/2 pound of cheese
- 1/2 pound of butter cheese
- 4 ounces of loroco (just in time)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
Preparation
