Ingredients: Three cups of corn kernels (must be hard corn, but tender) Salt to taste Half a tablespoon of sugar a Half ounce of butter (if you prefer, you can use margarine) and “Huerta” leaves (to use them as cover and give more flavor)

Preparation
First of all, you must grind mill grains of corn along with the salt, sugar, and butter (You will get a liquid clear mass, but not worry)
Then, cut the leaves of Orchard into small pieces, (30 by 30 cm approx), and put in the Center two tablespoons of rigorous raw dough, then fold the sheet into two parts, leaving the dough in rest, after that, take the skillet and put it in fire slowly for 5 minutes each side, until it has a firm consistency.
