Salvadoran typical breakfast is largely consumed by the majority of the population of El Salvador. The time that commonly it is customary to eat it is between seven and nine o’clock in the morning.
Salvadorans breakfast consists of (or liquefied) beans which are then freídos. Also consumed cream, butter and cheese or curd as some call him; Fried plantain. To complement this first meal of the day, some use French bread, which is bread flour with some salt or corn tortillas.
It is usually taken in the morning with the Salvadorian breakfast coffee, which is of different varieties in the country. Others also consume cow’s milk or processed milk.
